Excellent location right next to Reading Terminal Market. Parking is steep at $40 a night. Room was clean and spacious. Noise from the street was bothersome at night. Staff was friendly but check-in took longer than expected.

Very clean and tidy place with good facilities. Our junior suite was spacious for four adults. The room had AC, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave. Location is central with yummy Chinese food around. Fitness center was a nice touch too. Front desk was friendly, but had a bad experience with staff a couple of times.

The room was large and clean, with comfortable beds that made resting easy despite the surrounding festivities. Temperature control was effective, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. The location was convenient, offering a view of the convention center from the window, and a short walk to Reading Terminal. noise disturbances from neighboring rooms were problematic. The corridors were less inviting, dark and in need of a fresh scent. Staff interactions varied, with some being friendly while others demonstrated a lack of professionalism. A more consistent approach to service would enhance the overall experience.

The staff is really nice they helped us with places to eat and where to go. The location is perfect close to shopping and groceries.
It wasn't cheap but still reasonable for what you get.

The front desk staff was rude, and when I requested extra pillows, I got mocked with a sheet suggestion. Totally uncomfortable. It made me feel like I was an inconvenience, not a guest.

Enjoyed late check, out, great views at the 10th Floor Grill. Hilton Garden Inn is indeed laid, back and sophisticated. I relaxed with a drink at the Pavilion Lounge and had a workout. loved the Contactless Arrival feature with Hilton Honors app.

The location had its perks, being close to restaurants and public transport, especially with Chinatown just steps away. Issues with rude staff and long wait times for dinner marred the experience further. With inconsistent service and safety concerns, staying here again would be a tough call.

The hotel is truly a gem, being just a few minutes' stroll from the bustling Reading Terminal Market, diverse Chinatown, and numerous dining options all around, making it an amazing starting point for weekend adventures in the city; I especially loved the welcoming atmosphere, comfortable beds, and friendly staff, who were always eager to help with anything I needed, although the elevators could sometimes be a bit slow, which could be frustrating after a long day of exploring.

Remarkable location. Steps from historical sites, museums, and excellent dining options. The room was clean and well-maintained, which is crucial. Good breakfast, though not a buffet—still satisfying. The highlight? The staff. Tony at the front desk efficiently corrected my bill before checkout. Professional, polite, and truly dedicated. the parking situation is a hassle. If you're loaded with bags, expect to manage on your own. a lack of staff during peak check-in hours resulted in an unpleasant wait. The team is fantastic and the convenience of location is unbeatable. Thank you for a good stay.

The room was nice and clean, perfect for our stay. The location was great, right next to the convention center, making it easy for us to attend our event. The staff after check-in were friendly and accommodating, which made us feel welcome during our trip.
Despite advertising parking, we were misled about the fees and ended up paying double the expected amount due to hidden charges. Additionally, the constant pressure to join their rewards program by employees at the elevator was annoying.

We've stayed at Hilton Garden once a year for the last 4 years and we love it. the room is big, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful rooftop restaurant. the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant, and the kids had a great time in the indoor pool. the junior suite was the perfect size for a family of five with a nice city view. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and found the nightly rate reasonable.

The room was a lovely surprise! The recently renovated room was beautiful, quiet, and equipped with room-darkening shades, making for a comfortable stay. The restaurant on the 10th floor offered delicious food and gracious service.

the hilton garden was clean and quiet - with comfy beds and a great breakfast. it's located close to independence mall - city hall, and love park. the front desk staff are super friendly and the elevator requires a key for security.

First off, I really appreciated the attention to detail they showed. From the text messages before and during my stay to check on me, to the immaculate room and comfortable beds, they really nailed it in that department. On the downside, the amenities were a bit hit or miss. The bathroom floor was freezing cold, which was not the most pleasant experience. the ironing facilities in the room were not up to par, and I had some trouble with the heating and air conditioning. In terms of other facilities, the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a letdown, especially for someone like me who loves a good cup of coffee in the morning. The free toiletries were a nice touch, but I found the selection quite limited. One thing they did get right was the sitting area in the room. It was comfortable and well-appointed, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. the lack of proper curtains made it difficult to sleep in due to the bright lights shining through at night. I also had an issue with the laundry service. It was advertised, but when I tried to use it, I was told it was not available at the moment. the dry cleaning service seemed unreliable as well.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and accommodating during our stay. They made us feel welcome and were quick to fulfill any requests we had. The spacious and clean room was comfortable, and the bathroom had a nice touch with the light behind the mirror. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to Chinatown and within walking distance of great dining options like Reading Terminal Market.
